Directv SWM SL3 System Not getting Signal on 103

I have inspected the dish as close as I can. The arm looks OK. I think more likely it may be the LNB. This dish and LNB are very new. Earlier this year, I had a problem with my home system. While the repair guy was there, he gave me the new dish and power inserter. Real nice of him. Sometimes, electronic things go out quick or last for years. I think I will wait until I get home and get a new LNB to see if that fixes the problem. If not, I will go for a new dish.
