Directv SWM SL3 System Not getting Signal on 103

I haven't seen you post it yet, but have you verified the signal strength on the TV itself? I see that you appear to only be using the AAS meter.

It's rare for an LNB to go bad.. much more likely the dish has been bent. Receivers have been known to fail too.
