Recently tried to get some folks up and running on sat.. Failed (needed the owner's manual for their semi-automatic antenna it turns out, We actually got it working but they had mis-understood something the sales jerk told 'em so that was the problem.. Well one of the problems.
Another problem (This should have been a hint) is the sales jerk told them to simply unhook cable #3 from the back of the winegard wall plate and hook it to the receiver.. Cable 3 is TV-2, NOT park cable, park cable is Cable #2 on that wall plate.
They ask how I knew this.. It's on the back page of their owner's manual (Which I downloaded the next morning) among other places I'd read before.
