LOL, that's not necessary at all. For a DTV SD DVR you just need 2 incoming coax cables which any dual LNB will provide. If you want to be able to power 2 tuners with one coax you need SWM.

SWM is one coax but it is not the same technology and the receiver(s) and mini clients must support SWM. With a SWM and a single cable to each SWM compatible receiver you can get what you want but certainly not for $50. The other SWM option is the Genie with it's main receiver and multiple mini Genies at each remote TV.

There is a wireless mini client SWM option but that is another subject.

Because the trailer, like most, has only one coax to each TV location. The dish is dual LNB so only has the two outputs. I was wrong earlier, the receivers are R16 with SWM capability.

So all I need is a SWM? I have read something about a 'power inserter'. What is that about?

Being creative with coax perhaps you could run a second one under the rig or on the roof or in cabinets which would give you a low cost non SWM option.

SWM requires a power inserter or brick to supply the power needed for SWM. You're probably in the $100+ range.

Ebay has kits that include LNB, splitter and power inserter for $25. Not sure if they have one for 18" dish.

You will need a SWM8 switch, SWM splitter and a PI29 power inserter. The setup can be found here.
