In Salem, OR the 72.7 (center of the 3 satellites) would only be 19 degrees above the horizon in LA only 28 so the WA satellites make the most sense. Anytime a satellite is less than 24 degrees above the horizon you will see an odd looking setup as it will appear that the antenna is pointing toward the ground!
