- Connect the Joey to the Hopper using RG6 or RG59.
- Connect the Joey's HDMI out to the bedroom TV.
You don't need that long HDMI cable you ran unless that's the only way you can connect the Hopper (or Joey) to a TV because it's located far from the TV.
