Ok. That would put the Hopper and the Joey in the same cabinet. And yes, the hdmi cable from the cabinet to the tv in the living room is the only connection that tv has.
So based on what you just posted, I would connect the hdmi cable to the front tv to the hdmi output of the Hopper....
connect the Joey to the Hopper via a short rg-6 cable....
and then connect the output of the Joey to the bedroom tv via another short hdmi cable....right?
Now, what about remotes. Are they IR or RF?
Please excuse my ignorance..
