That's absolutely correct. However, have you watched any of the Cr#p on the Networks? I sure don't want to be limited to recording 2 channels plus the Networks. This is a completely personal opinion and not open for discussion.
I love my Genie! I can watch and record ANY 5 channels simultaneously without the "only the Networks" restrictions. I also have an H25 in the bedroom allowing me to watch / record 6 channels but I could have installed a DVR which would have allowed the watching / recording of 7 channels simultaneously and I would still be able to watch any program on either DVR on any TV.
