It is one brand, but two different services. DISH Internet does not use the same satellites or receiving equipment as DISH DTV service.
DISH Internet service is beamed to the places DISH thinks they can provide service otherwise not available (e.g. there is no competition from Cable or DSL). It is sold as a service installed at a fixed location, so I don't know if you can set it up as a mobile service, or whether it will be beamed to the places you choose to travel.
