I had Direct installed in my house with two receivers, a Genie and a mini Genie for the bedroom, plus I asked for a DVR regular type receiver for the coach. I believe I paid something like $39.00 for the installation on the residence, and on the coach they said they would not install it because they do not work on coaches. But they said you can install it yourself. They told me there are only two wires to connect and it is very easy. So I did and I get all the channels that I get at home, plus all the local channels out of Los Angeles. I drive from California to Las Vegas and I still get the local channels our of LA without me calling them. With Dish I had to call them every time I moved out and I had to give them an address where I was at or if I was in an RV resort I even had to give them the spot I was parked.
I never had any problems with Dish or Direct. My King dome has worked great with both systems without any modification to the dome.
