Food for thought: Your equipment has NO WAY to communicate it's location. No transmission capability etc. The location information you enter can be used to determine the elevation, heading and skew to help locate the satellite.
When you move you will then receive the same channels as the last setup or no locals if you moved out of the spot beam - as you have already experienced. Setting you up with Phoenix locals was not a error. Otherwise you would not have received any locals if say you had been set up with a TX local spot beam. The installer knew that and you would have returned within hours complaining about no locals.
