Once you have been through the process once or twice, you can get pretty efficient at giving them the information they need right off the bat and avoid a lot of back and forth:
When you open chat, it asks for your name, phone or account number, and PIN number. If you fill that in first, it really saves some time.
I set up a little text file in Notepad that I can modify, then cut and paste into the chat window. It goes something like: "I would like to change my service location to (insert address here). The billing address and all other account information will stay the same."
