When moving from location to location I always call Dish. I have read on here that people use the chat function, I have tried to search for these posts and have had no luck. Could someone give that...

I have found it easier just to use a random local address - I usually check out goggle maps and cut and paste the address of the local fire station - saves a lot of going back and forth, even though all they need is the zip code ....
