We change our Dish service address as often as daily with no problems when traveling. There is no extra charge for taking your at home receiver with you in your RV, and many part-time RV'ers do exactly that. We've found that the Dish online chat system works best for us when making the changes, and we use a pre-written script with the new address that we just copy and paste into the chat window. Make sure they ONLY change your service address, and NOT your billing address. You can check that using your MYDish account and correct it if necessary.

Sure... I keep a file of the scripts with address that we expect to return to from time to time, but editing in a new address is easy enough when needed. If you're boondocking somewhere, just use any near by address. Dish really doesn't care.
