Well, it sounds like almost 2 years of using DISH Chat has proven at least one thing --
Don't use DISH Chat
.I'm guessing that those of us who have had positive experiences with DISH when changing our Service Address have used a phone.
And if you're in an area w/o cell but have WiFi, why not get a Skype or a Line2 account?

After almost 2 years of lousy Chat service, I'd say the "faster" quality has lost much of its luster. I'd opt for good, slow telephone service.
