I believe they no longer have an RV department. I have asked and was told that "I can help you." I just changed my service address 10 minutes ago. When I got a CSR, I first told her that I had a Dish 4 My RV account for my RV. She quickly updated my service account and then asked why I had a Service and Billing address. I was happy to tell her her job. She did what I needed and was pleasant so helping her understand (what I thought intuitive) that an RV account was for a moveable RV and my bills always (still) come to the same address. She thanked me and said a few "well I mean" and "like" phrases as many under 30ers do and said done. You will have your locals in a few minutes. Thank you.
