I travel and have found a easier way to get my local channels changed due to the language issue. Log in to dish and start a chat session and request new local channels at this new address and zip code, note do not change your billing address, works better for me. I had the network deal and got LA or NY channels. worked fine until that was cancelled. I did not want to pay 15.00 more for service. at a new co. Good luck.for me. The problem for me was I just renewed all of my current truck and trailer info and was excepted, then two weeks later received a email that it was cancelled. Of course I said a ######## words. :h
