Dish Network service in Canada and Alaska
I just spent a lot of money on a winegard Carrout and a ladder mount to pick up TV signals while on the road to Alaska next summer. Will I be able to pick up Sat. signals while in Canada and Alaska???

- You will get signal until you are too far north for the little dish to get enough signal to be watchable. Carry a 30" or larger dish and a tripod mounting setup for the times you are too far north for the little one.
- No, you will not be able to get Dish Network while in Canada or AK with your Carryout (or any other dome style antenna). There is a chance that if you buy a large open face antenna you might be able to get some of the Dish SD programming.
