Probably sooner or later. Generally, using higher elevation sats is better than lower elevation ones because it is easier to "shoot" over bushes, trees, buildings, etc.
As you travel west, the elevations for Western Arc sats (110, 119, and 129) go up, but as you travel east the elevations go down. It's the reverse for the Eastern Arc sats (61.5, 72.7, and 77).
For example, for my current
ZIP code 86403, the elevation of the Western Arc sats is about 50 degrees, but for the Eastern Arc sats it's about 30 degrees. For this ZIP code, much easier to get a good signal with Western Arc sats.
