Dish "pay as you Go" problems
Am I the only one having problems?? I had to disconnect service this am as I have to go home to a Family problem It took 2 calls to get it stopped & was told it will cost me $5.00 to restart?? is...

When you want to stop your service without paying the $5 monthly fee ALWAYS state that you wish to DISCONNECT your service. This way your unused balance stays in your account. To restart your service you can go on line to "MY DISH" and pay the difference between your account balance and a months service charge and your service starts, or you can call DISH and do the same thing over the phone.
