If you need technical support then ask for RV customer service.
To set up the on/off service ask for an account for an "outdoor portable" system.
The RV techs can not set up the account but they can and do assist with connection problems.
I know this because I've been there, done that. I have an outdoor portable month to month system in our trailer and I have a full time system in our house.
