I have had some of the same issues at times. After two months the first one I had stopped finding the satellites. I spoke to dish and troubleshot with no results.Then I was given King Controls number. I called them and explained what was happening. Told me to take top off the case, and unplug and wait 10 seconds, plug back in...watch Satellite and see what it does. It rotated side to side but no up and down adjustments. bad motor....sent me a label to ship back free to them.....they called me in four days and said they were replacing it under warranty and received a new one 3 days later. no issues since then....
