I found it a pain also as they showed me as non payment for at least the following month and to reactivate they wanted the back month . After 2 months it went away and I could restart without hassle. Teri system is flawed in that I kept getting late payment emails until the following month .. Just the way the sysytem works was what I was told , and disregard the notices . Finally went full time and just bought the service and done with the on off problem.
