Well that makes sense on the "new" issue. For the 119 tracking issue, I was able to figure it out myself. The KVH technical bulletin dated October 19, 2015 was very self explanatory. The only issue is we needed to find an old computer with an RS232 which we luckily had. It is one line of code entered with the hyper terminal. Worked Perfectly!!
