Do any of you guys use a Mac to update your built in GPS?
Do any of you guys use a MacBook or Mac to update your On Board Rand McNally GPS? I cannot get my MB to open the RM Dock, or read the SD card. Thank you

Did you check the RM site for help?- YES; I'm in contact with RM technical support, and they have elevated the issue to their developmental team, but so far they don't have an answer.
Have you been able to update before or is this the first time? This is the first time on my Macbook; however, I have updated the SDHC on my Windows PC.
If the first time, does your Mac Book MEET ALL the requirements? YES- and RM Tech support confirmed.
