I didn't undertand it either. However, I have learned that Millenicom has a contract with Verizon to resell their service. When you speak to some people at Verizon they say they've never heard of Millenicom. I had one guy at the Verizon store (when Milliencom's service was good) say, "How can they do it for that price?" Apparently, Verizon is supporting their competiton. They have a contract with Millenicom and can stop it at anytime. Unless it is for a certain time period. All I know, is that the device we were given by Millenicom said "Verizon jetpack" on it. We used Verizon before and we're using it now. But NOW the service is much faster. I suspect that Verizon may be toying with Millenicom's service.
