As much as we would like every tale of woe to have a villain attached, the simple fact is the public's appetite for data consumption is growing much faster than the ability of the internet service providers to provide that data. This is true for Cellular Wifi services, hotspots such as campgrounds, hotels and the like, and even high broadband providers such as cable and fiber optic. My home Fios slows considerably at certain times due to demands on the entire network. Blaming Millicom, or Verizon, or Sprint for slow service may be entirely off base. You may have just been in an area where the demand was high or the available bandwidth low.
