I agree with all of you, mostly. Here was our situation:
1. the first 4-5 days of June connection was more than sufficient for my husband's BUSINESS.
2. Day 4-9 of June we had between .01 speed and .08 speed. (one day we had .10)
3. this was NOT sufficient for my husband's business
4. I called every day from June 5 onward, sometimes twice a day. Was told we were top priority for service. Nothing happened.
5. Day 8, we switched to the Verizon plan.
We had no real choice. And they DID NOT give us any kind of refund. I posted this to let people be aware that if they had Millenicom, then watch out. If you don't need 24/7 good connection, then you are fine. We did need it.
