Should you have an extreme drop in connection speed for 5 days, and you are very dependent on your internet (we are fulltiming) Millenicom does not refund. Any other company I have ever dealt with refunds your money if they are not providing the service you paid for and they agreed to. As I said earlier, we are dependent on the internet for our business, which pays for our fuel, camping sites, food, clothing, healthcare, etc. etc.
