Tell me how Verizon lived up to their contract and Millenicom did not? All Millenicom did was sell you a Verizon Router and Verizon data, nothing else. Verizon is the one who did NOT provide what they said they would provide, ie 20gigs of 4G data at the expected baud rate. I see NOTHING in my Millenicom agreement that says Millenicom is the provider or that they guarantee anything other than what Verizon has said it will provide. Believe me, you will see more throttling now that Verizon is your main provider, because they do not like to see their customers get what they pay for. Also, be aware, that Verizon will arbitrarily change your plan with NO notice, so make sure you watch your bill very closely.
