- BruceMcExplorer IIILikewise - I've purchased a number of MH-C401FS from Thomas Distributing.
These come with both a 12V car cord and can be purchased with an international AC adapter - 100-240VAC 50/60hz input.
Highly recommended. - JagtechExplorerI have one sitting right in front of me now. Its a Maha MH-C401FS smart charger. It charges AA and AAA batteries. Comes with a 110 v adapter and a 12 volt power cord.
- GordonThreeExplorerI bought a MAHA Energy Wizard One a long time ago to recharge camera flash batteries. It runs off a 12v transformer, and also includes a cig lighter cord. Will fast charge / condition / recharge AA and AAA NiCD, NiMh and next-gen NiMh batteries like Eneloop

the eneloops are what I bought at Costco. they claimed that they would hold their charge for a long time, similar to lithiums.

- RoyBExplorer IISTEVEKK - Thanks I just recently purchased a couple of portable speaker amps that uses three ea AAA batteries in it. They only give around 5-6 hours of use with my PHILLIPS Speaker amps being used to pick up Internet based Police Scanner frequencies...
Think I need to start using rechargeable AAA batteries again here...
Was just looking at this charger with batteries from AMAZON after reading this post
Noticed some of the chargers shown has the USB cords that could be plugged into a cigarette socket adapter (WALMART-AMAZON). My truck has two of these ports in my console...
Roy Ken - stevekkExplorerThanks everyone.
Yes I am talking about rechargeable AA.
I get Sanyo Eneloop AA at Costco's when they have them on sale. - RoyBExplorer III assume you guys are talking about AA RECHARGABLE batteries. Although you find chargers on the market for recharging the non regulated type AA AAA D CELLs batteries I personally never had much luck with them.
Maybe I am throwing away alot of recoverable non-rechargeable small batteries by not using smart mode charging techniques.
