Does anyone know what type-Brand Antenna this is?

Before saying to trash it, does it work?? If it does, is the damage cosmetic, and can it be patched? If all answers are yes, then use it as is. Very few folks are going to climb up to see if it is factory perfect. Most folks will never see it anyway.
