Does anyone know what type-Brand Antenna this is?

This antenna had some hail damage on top of it and I am looking for the brand or some more information on this if possible. I am looking to just replace the top part and keep the base still att...

Without getting into a debate thats been covered at at length, "Do it work" is a relative statement. Compared to what? An antenna that nobody has seen, nobody has, and there are no published spec's on
