Does Anyone Recognize This Fire TV App?

We have the Fire TV stick and a friend installed this app on it but we can't contact him to find the name of this app. It allows us to watch live TV channels around the country, among other channels. It may be pirated, but I don't know anything about it. Does anyone recognize this app or do you know of a similar app?
