Best to go for a full discharge then full charge.

Jon, do you think that the swelling of your I phone 5C was caused by keeping it plugged in all the time to keep it charged? Or keeping it plugged in while using it as a hotspot?
That's good to know I was thinking like charging my GC batteries shallow cycling makes them last longer. Never going below 50%.
