Does Using SmartPhone as Hotspot Ruin Battery?

I'm signing up for verizon smart phones and one of the big attractions was that I could use one of the smartphones as a hotspot and dump my verizon hotspot I have used for years --- would save me lots...

Hi

LI don't need to be fully recharged and there is some suggestion that for storage when not in use may be best at about 60% of full.
