I don't see them not caring either. They called me right away and explained what happened. A fix to their system is not going to happen overnight. Let's give them a chance to see if they fix the on line ordering system. It would be nice though if they let us know here what was happening with the double charging problem as I am not willing to place another order with them if they are going to withhold double the amount again.
Update on my issue: First charge is still on my account and still withholding funds. It's been over three days now. I just dropped another $600 on Amazon and another RV supplier yesterday and the day before getting my new RV ready for spring. No double charges from either.
