DVD and Blu Ray being discontinued?
Recently Samsung has discontinued production of all blu ray players as a result of streaming taking their place. DVD sales have also been dropping. RV parks have never been known to handle movie...

Google Play would require streaming which doesn't typically work to well with RV park WiFi.
If you already have the dvd, you can make a copy and dump it on a portable hard drive. Perfectly legal to make a backup.
If it's a movie you haven't bought, of course, you have to buy it. The only alternative would be pirating it.
