However, when you are in WY, you are no longer receiving "local" programming when you are watching Rapid City, SD. That's the whole point of an OTA antenna. You don't just get Network programming but you get local programming which I really enjoy when watching the 5:00 news and weather. I have DNS Networks so I get Network programming everywhere all the time from NY or LA but that's of no value when I want to see the weather in Foley, AL.
