If your RV is registered in Eastern or Central Time zone you will get the East feed (the best to have if you are stuck with one). The other 2 time zones get the West feed. It is very likely that you could get both for an extra $5 if you ask.
If you don't mind changing your address (and all the DVR pre-sets every time you move you can call and have them change your location. There is nothing at all improper in any rule or regulation by any government agency. Since the service is spot beamed, if you aren't where you say you are you won't receive anything.
