That's kind of true, but if the factory installs a DirecTV version it can easily be converted to Dish. It is only if the factory was dumb enough to install the Dish version that it could not be converted to a DirecTV HD antenna. Unless they don't know what they are doing, ALL OEM's are installing the DirecTV Trav'ler so the end user can make their own choice.
