Easy Question - Photo Place

Looking for a place to upload my photos to so others can log in to look at. NO extra******like Face Book, etc, just lots of storage as I intend to upload Photos & Movies.

  • I've used Photobucket for years and see no issues with the site. They have added a couple of clicks, but really no big deal.
  • I use several sites. Also upload to Skydrive.
But I like Picasa best for sharing.
  • I've used PB for years and used to recommend it to others. It used to be easy to use. Now they hide images and links and change the way the site operates on a monthly basis. Often times it takes a great deal of time to get a recent down-load to even show up. They plain suck.
I still use it but only because I'm too lazy to switch everything over to a new site.
    JMHO
  • Once you work with PhotoBucket a little bit, it's not difficult to use at all. Some time back they changed the site. Granted it use to be easier, but it's got some features now that didn't exist before. Bulk uploading is much easier with the drop and drag feature.

One thing I do like about Photobucket is the ability to create a slide shows and share. Here's a link to my main library. Each photo displays for 4 seconds: Main Library: The last 20 years of my life! Click here! over 200 photos.
  • Photobucket seems to be on a mission to make theirs hard to use or just not available at all. I recommend ANY other place.
  • Flickr is simple and free. I just set up an account so I had somewhere to host photos for my forum posts.
  • Photobucket, Shutterfly, Flickr they all will work.
  • If you want a site that's inundated by ads, use a free one. If not, for $2 a month use ImageEvent.com or something like that.
