Eliminate Underlined HYPERLINKS For Every Fourth Word?

Green, double underlined. Makes reading damned near impossible. Tried AdBlocker, Malware, Anti-Virus, nothing works.

1 of 2 things comes to mind. You installed a browser extension that is doing that, or 2, the internet service provider you are using is doing that. More info is needed.
