Email contacts GONE

Just wondering if someone can help me find my email contact list. Ever since our service changed to "Outlook" it has been a nightmare to say the least. Today I wanted to forward some emails and I can't find my contact list anywhere. Before today I could just hit the "NEW" key to start an email and there they were. Just click on the ones I wanted to send too and be done. Now nothing and the instructions that I have been looking at are NO help at all. The page and click on links they describe don't even exist on my page. HELP!!!

First, I'd recommend logging out of your account, and clear out your browser's cache and cookies. Then log back in and see if it's working.

If not, you can try:

Clicking the down arrow in Outlook Mail.

Then click the red People square, and select the "Manage" link. Click "Restore deleted contacts" and see if that works?

I've tried that and it drops down into the contact box with the cursor blinking but there is nothing there. ???? This is the strangest thing. I sent out a "TEST" email to everyone I could think of by manually typing them in thinking I could into the sent file and try to forward it again but still nothing.

Try clicking the "To" in compose a new email window for a list of your contacts.
