Emails

I have a Verizon Jet Pack MiFi hot spot.....I receive emails just fine but it will not let me send emails. I wonder what I am doing wrong.

If you're on a limited data plan, be aware that webmail interfaces use more data than receiving the email directly to your device via an email client.
I, myself, am not. Nor do I know the relative amounts of data used.

How much more data is transferred by webmail use is a function of the complexity of the webmail user interface, so it's difficult to put hard numbers on it without more specifics. The webmail UI data plus the email display data will always use more data than the raw email message alone though.

, you could just use a GMAIL address and then use the GMAIL app which is a very decent offering.
Or just use the web- based mail. Real easy.

Why, why would you even consider using web based email in regard to email (sending and receiving) on your smart phone. Makes no sense at all. Of course if you are clueless in regard to a smart phone, I guess you might consider doing so.

Sorry, confusion. I was (obviously) referring to using the Jetpack with a computer. But thanks for the insult.

Speaking of clueless... it's always funny when someone knows everything!

I am forced to use Outlook web mail to access my work email from my phone because the company I work for only supports iPhone and there is no support through our VPN for Android.

Just when you think you know it all...

Well, I still stand by my earlier comment as it pertains to pretty much everybody...
