I am in Ensenada. Home has zero internet in any form. Monday 5 medical appointments including neurosurgeon. I am going to need A) complete over the ear phones or b) a granite slab but finding the best value earphones that plug into a computer is hard in Mexico sans internet. Can a computer audio push good earphones? Somehow I keep missing the answer to this question. Tonight my BiPAP blew up and my heart (pain) is telling me I am in deep fertilizer (1-1/2 hours sleep). Respironics fails to switch on - brick has power LCD screen flickers the unit is 8 years old. I hope the cardiologist appt can help Medicare service provider NATIONWIDE MEDICAL* said "BiPAP repair is your issue not ours. There are no alternative providers period. It's the way the system works".
My frustration on rv.net showed when I said I quit. Post 17 times, never appeared. Temper tantrum. Then the internet failed totally. 150 mile round trip nearest internet. Brought first household goods load to Ensenada. 2nd and final load in May. Moving here closer to border for medical.
