With the SSL error I was just trying to click the "Accept" button, but it did no good. Never expanded the structure in the Certif Mgr.
Now I'm 100% back to normal Eudora operation. My elevated stress level just dropped to near zero, too. :B
Out of curiosity, are you a Eudora user and had the same problem?

That answer is not good advice. While I realize it may get your program working again, what you're basically doing is saying "I know this certificate, which is part of the mechanism to provide security for me, is not safe but I want you to trust it anyway." The risk to you might be minimal, but it's similar to you not knowing a thing about cars and ignoring a vehicle recall by saying "I know better than you what's safe".
You might want to check out Thunderbird at some point. The web has changed a lot in the past 15 years.
