CW does accept bill me later. As far as the differed interest, that is not on cw's side, that is bill me later. If you pay the balance within the 6 months, it is generally interest free.
I've used it before and with CW. When you go to check out on the CW website, select the bill me later as form of payment. It will ask you to login with your bill me later account info or sign up. You will have to enter information and will have to get approval from them (a minute or so). They will set you up with a limit like any other credit card.
This will be for online purchases. You won't receive a card or anything to use in the store.
