Facebook videos on full screen only??

My computer has a weird glitch. If someone posts a video and I try to play it on Facebook, Facebook will shut down and restart itself. However, if it starts again without actually beginning to play the video, and I hit the full screen mode in the lower right corner of the video, and then play, the video will play faultlessly.

This has been going on for a long time... anybody any suggestions?
