There are a number of cellular boosters on the market. Some have a cradle that you put your phone into and some use a small "candy stick antenna". It is difficult to have more than one device (phone or hotspot) in a cradle at one time, where the candy stick antennas are more flexible in their proximity to the device when using multiple devices at the same time.
This is the one I have, but there are others to choose from as well.
